SHIPPING

Our orders are carefully prepared for shipping upon receiving credit card payment authorization and verification.
The cost of shipping and expected delivery dates are displayed during your checkout process. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

The carrier for your order will be determined considering the location of our and your shipping address, to guarantee the most efficient delivery.

The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).
Deliveries to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Refunds are made in the form of original payment.
For exchanges, the item is returned first, then a second transaction is the purchase that completes your exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

Our warehouse system begins processing your order as soon as it is confirmed, which means we are unable to make adjustments, this also includes changing the delivery address.
However, we might be able to make changes and cancellations within the same business day the order was made, please contact us directly by phone or email. After the time limit has passed, your order will not qualify for a cancellation or modification. The status of your package will be handled by the carrier. 

RETURN POLICY

Which items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items that are in their original condition, including tags: unwashed and unworn. If your item is used, damaged or washed, it will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receiving your package.

Guidelines for returns of specific types of items purchased at The Gigi:
Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
Special packaging and additional accessories: the items that arrive with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, garment bags...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with them.

**Returned items can be subject to an additional fee upon review of the package and compliance with our policy and guidelines. If there is a fee, you will be notified by email.
